The AGM on 20-6-2010 wasn't heavily attended. The elections saw Darin Neely returned unopposed as President, along with Eileen Austin as Secretary, Peter Vahry as Treasurer and Jack Talbot as Vice President.
Financially the club ended the year with a loss, but is generally in good health.
The annual subscription for the club was set at $10 for non-competing members and $20 for competitors (both are GST inclusive) For NZFWDA membership if members are not already members through another club, there is an additional $30 (inc GST)

A constructive general meeting followed.

Hi guys ,a question ,What is the reason for the difference in membership costs between competitors and non competitors ,and why the increase (wasnt it $6 last year ) .Cheers

Presidents report
Since the last AGM there had been good progress with the club class and numbers had increased. Rotorua has accepted the class and that work was going into the class structure. This work was progressing nicely but slowly. For the Rotorua Winch Challenge, 4x4 Challenges was providing the audit of the vehicles and administration around this.
Two weeks ago I received an email from Kiwi Challenge, organisers of the Wellington event wanting to hold an event next year and requesting assistance from 4x4 Challenges. Darin moved that his report be accepted
